SMS Text Messaging Program
1. Program description
Our messaging program sends quote, appointment confirmation, reminder and scheduling messages to customers who have requested service from Kyzar Air Conditioning of South Florida LLC through our website at kyzarairconditioning.com or our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with two dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes: one for transactional, non-marketing messages (inquiry, scheduling, and appointment alerts) and one for promotional, marketing messages (offers, promotions, and updates). Checking either box is never required to submit a form or to buy anything from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Transactional messages include quote and scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling and dispatch updates, and customer-support communications. Promotional messages are sent only to customers who checked the marketing box.
2. Opt-out instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Text STOP to the same number that messaged you and we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following that confirmation, you will receive no further messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially and we will resume sending messages. Reply HELP for help at any time.
3. Support
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or call (561) 640-1000. A real person answers the phone day or night.
4. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & data rates
Message & data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary based on your service and appointment schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported carriers
Our SMS program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
8. Privacy
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding SMS communications.
General Terms
By using the Site in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may change these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here; by continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept them.
Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our limited license to you.
