The equipment
We install every major brand, so we can quote the system that fits your house instead of the one we happen to stock. Our NATE-certified techs are factory-trained on the equipment we put in, and every install goes in to manufacturer spec.
Already have a system? We repair and service every major brand, no matter who put it in.

Why Kyzar
August is the deepest point of the heat season in South Florida, and it asks the most of every AC system we service. Long runtimes of twelve hours or more are normal this time of year, not a sign of trouble. What we watch for instead are the parts that give out under that sustained load: capacitors, contactors, and refrigerant charges that were already running marginal and can no longer hold setpoint. Humidity keeps condensate drain lines and float switches working overtime too. A system that cycles constantly but still cannot hold temperature, or one that starts dripping water, icing over, or driving your bill up without explanation, is telling you something real is wrong, not just working hard.

I have been a customer of Kyzar for the past 6.5 years and have had great service. They installed my new A/C 6 yrs ago which was cost effective and energy efficient. My service today was quick and easy and Brandon is very knowledgeable about the unit. He gave me some great tips to keep my A/C in good working order between visits. AC questions
We'll tell you straight. We diagnose first and give you a repair quote at any age, even on an old unit. If a repair buys you real time, we'll say so. We only recommend replacement when the math clearly favors it, and we'll show you the numbers either way.
Same day in most cases. A real person answers 24/7, we run techs seven days a week, and we keep spot coolers on hand so you can sleep cool tonight even if the full install is tomorrow.
You pay one flat diagnostic fee, then we hand you a written repair quote before any work starts. No surprise line items, no work you didn't approve. New-system estimates are always free.
We install and repair every major brand, from Ruud and Rheem to Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Lennox and Daikin, regardless of who put the system in. Our techs are NATE certified and factory-trained on the equipment we install.
Always. Permits are pulled on every install, systems are right-sized with a load calculation, and we evaluate your ductwork before quoting, because 85% of older homes are ducted wrong for a modern system.
Once a year at minimum in Florida, ideally before cooling season. Regular maintenance keeps your manufacturer warranty valid, lowers your bills, and heads off the breakdowns that always seem to happen on the hottest day.
No. Refrigerant isn't fuel, and a healthy system never runs low. If the charge is low, there's almost always a leak or the system was charged wrong to begin with, so topping it off without finding the leak just delays the same problem. We look for the cause, not just the symptom.
Running isn't the same as cooling correctly. The thermostat, blower, airflow, outdoor fan, compressor, or refrigerant circuit can each break the cycle in a different way while the system still hums along. Diagnosis is figuring out which link in that chain stopped doing its job.
A little condensation inside the drain system is normal, because your AC pulls moisture out of the air as it cools. Water pooling around the indoor unit or dripping where it shouldn't is not. That usually points to a clogged drain line, a cracked pan, or a coil that froze and thawed, and it's worth checking before it reaches drywall or floors.
Same-day service, honest diagnostics, and a real person on the phone 24/7. Your comfort is one call away.
