The whole unit, then a close-up of any rust, leaking or improvised repair. Include the manufacturer's date sticker if you can find it. Age is scored and the sticker is the only proof of it.
Complete the entry form
Your name, email, phone and ZIP, the photo, and a short description of your experience with the unit. It is all submitted in one step.
We score every entry
Two Kyzar plumbers score every entry against the published criteria on October 1 and 2, 2026. The winner is announced on October 3, 2026 and called the same day.

Two Kyzar plumbers score every entry out of 100. Entries are judged on merit, not drawn at random. 60 points cover the condition of the unit and 40 cover your written account.

Where the two scores differ, the average is used. A tie is broken by whichever unit the judges agree is in worse condition. The judges' decision is final. Full detail is in the official rules.
