Oversee our customer service and call center operations. Build accountability, manage performance through KPIs, handle escalations, and lead onsite and offshore call center teams. Offshore team management experience required.
Diagnose HVAC systems and guide customers to confident buying decisions. We only want closers who can maintain a 50% close rate and $10,000 average tickets. High-performance, high-reward.
Be the expert customers trust for healthier air. Diagnose indoor air quality issues and recommend solutions including air purification, UV lights, humidity control, and ventilation systems.
